Our story begins, as the occasional story does, in the stereotypical supervillain lab.
However, something is curiously different in this one...
The power is out nearly everywhere, and the ominous bubbling tanks are glowing ominously.
It turns out that trying to eletrocute Frankenstein's monster to life was a bad idea as it blew all the fuses in the building.
Dr. Frankenstein was currently digging around in his junk drawer for a flashlight, muttering various obscenities that will not be repeated here.
